These Affiliate Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the affiliate program operated by Little Heirloom Reborns (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By applying to or participating in our affiliate program, you agree to these Terms.
1. Affiliate Program
The Little Heirloom Reborns Affiliate Program allows approved affiliates (“Affiliate,” “you,” or “your”) to promote our products and earn commissions on qualifying purchases made through properly tracked affiliate links.
Participation in the program is subject to our approval. We reserve the right to accept or reject an application at our discretion.
2. Affiliate Registration
To participate, you must provide accurate and complete information during registration, including:
- Your name or business name
- A valid email address
- Payment information
- Your website or promotional channels
- Information about how you intend to promote Little Heirloom Reborns
You are responsible for keeping your affiliate account information accurate and up to date.
You must not register an account using false information or impersonate another person or business.
3. Affiliate Links and Tracking
Approved affiliates will receive unique affiliate links that identify referrals generated through their promotional activities.
Our affiliate tracking system uses cookies to associate qualifying purchases with the referring affiliate.
The standard tracking cookie duration is 30 days, unless otherwise stated by the Company.
If a visitor clicks an affiliate link and subsequently makes a qualifying purchase within the applicable tracking period, the Affiliate may receive a commission subject to these Terms.
Tracking may be affected by circumstances outside our control, including browser settings, cookie blocking, deleted cookies, device changes, ad blockers, or technical issues.
4. Commission Rate
The standard affiliate commission rate is 10% of the qualifying sale amount, excluding applicable amounts such as shipping costs and taxes where configured by the affiliate program.
Commission rates may be changed by the Company. Any applicable changes will apply to qualifying transactions occurring after the change becomes effective.
5. Qualifying Purchases
A commission may be generated when:
- A customer accesses our website through your valid affiliate link.
- The referral is properly recorded by our tracking system.
- The customer completes a qualifying purchase.
- The order is not cancelled, refunded, fraudulent, or otherwise disqualified.
We reserve the right to review transactions before approving commissions.
6. Refunds and Cancelled Orders
Commissions associated with refunded, cancelled, fraudulent, or otherwise invalid orders may be rejected or reversed.
If an order is refunded after a commission has been recorded, the corresponding commission may be removed from the Affiliate’s account.
7. Affiliate Promotional Rules
Affiliates must promote Little Heirloom Reborns honestly and responsibly.
You must not:
- Make false or misleading claims about our products.
- Misrepresent yourself as an employee or official representative of Little Heirloom Reborns.
- Make claims about products that are not supported by information provided by us.
- Use deceptive advertising practices.
- Use our brand in a way that could confuse customers about whether you officially represent the Company.
- Create websites or social media profiles designed to impersonate Little Heirloom Reborns.
- Engage in spam.
- Send unsolicited bulk email containing affiliate links.
- Use fraudulent traffic, bots, automated clicks, or other artificial methods to generate referrals.
- Attempt to manipulate the affiliate tracking system.
- Purchase products through your own affiliate link for the purpose of earning a commission unless expressly authorized by us.
8. Paid Advertising
Affiliates must obtain permission before using paid advertising that targets the Little Heirloom Reborns brand, trademarks, or branded search terms.
Affiliates must not create advertisements that falsely suggest they are the official Little Heirloom Reborns website.
Any paid advertising must comply with applicable advertising laws and the policies of the advertising platform being used.
9. Disclosure of Affiliate Relationship
Affiliates must clearly disclose their relationship with Little Heirloom Reborns when promoting our products where disclosure is required by applicable law or platform rules.
Disclosures should be clear, noticeable, and understandable to the audience.
For example:
“This post contains affiliate links. If you purchase through one of these links, I may earn a commission at no additional cost to you.”
10. Intellectual Property
Little Heirloom Reborns retains all rights to its trademarks, logos, product images, written content, and other intellectual property.
Affiliates may use promotional materials supplied or expressly authorized by us solely for promoting the affiliate program.
You may not modify, reproduce, sell, license, or distribute our intellectual property outside the scope of the affiliate program without written permission.
11. Affiliate Account
Each affiliate should maintain only the account(s) authorized by the Company.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and must notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
You may not transfer your affiliate account to another person without our written approval.
12. Commission Payments
Approved commissions will be paid according to the payment schedule and payment method configured by the Company.
The Affiliate is responsible for providing accurate payment information.
We may delay payment while transactions are being reviewed or while refunds, cancellations, disputes, or suspected fraudulent activity are investigated.
Minimum payout thresholds may apply.
13. Taxes
Affiliates are responsible for determining and fulfilling their own tax obligations arising from commissions received through the affiliate program.
Little Heirloom Reborns does not provide individual tax advice.
14. Fraud and Abuse
We may investigate activity that appears fraudulent, abusive, deceptive, or inconsistent with these Terms.
If we determine that commissions resulted from fraudulent or prohibited activity, we may withhold or reverse those commissions and may suspend or terminate the associated affiliate account.
15. Termination
Either the Affiliate or Little Heirloom Reborns may terminate participation in the affiliate program.
We may suspend or terminate an affiliate account if the Affiliate:
- Violates these Terms.
- Engages in fraudulent activity.
- Uses deceptive promotional practices.
- Generates invalid or artificial traffic.
- Misuses our intellectual property.
- Provides inaccurate registration information.
- Engages in conduct that could damage the reputation of Little Heirloom Reborns.
Upon termination, the Affiliate must stop using affiliate links, promotional materials, trademarks, and other Company materials.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Affiliate Terms and Conditions from time to time.
Updated Terms will become effective when published on this page unless otherwise stated.
Continued participation in the affiliate program after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
17. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Little Heirloom Reborns will not be responsible for losses resulting from interruptions, tracking failures, technical problems, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law.
18. Independent Relationship
Participation in the affiliate program does not create an employment, partnership, joint venture, agency, or franchise relationship between the Affiliate and Little Heirloom Reborns.
Affiliates are independent promoters and may not represent themselves as employees or authorized agents of the Company.
